FA/LM, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Pediatric Education for the Pre-Hospital Professional, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support.

Dave's background includes decorated service (Bronze Star for Combat Valor) as a US Army Special Forces Green Beret, instructor and high risk contractor. He has extensive experience performing operational medicine, developing and delivering training solutions across the globe. He has educated and advised local and Federal Law Enforcement, Diplomatic Security, GRS on tactical medicine matters from classroom training to operational planning and implementation.  EMS, Fire and disaster response teams rely on Dave to provide relevant and actionable guidance in preparation for call outs and deployments locally and nationally.  He is a recognized and sought-after TCCC and Prolonged Field Care subject matter expert in both a consulting and operational capacity. He consults on advanced field medical device development projects for the Department of Defense including cutting edge pre-hospital automated critical care, algorithmically guided ventilators and hemorrhage control best practices . His experience training tactical medics spans Eastern Europe, Africa, SW Asia, Central and South America. Dave also volunteers with Team 5 Remote Medical Foundation training and equipping indigenous peoples in austere and underserved areas around the world.
